Description: Liquid Oil

Dosage: 
Use topically on a piece of fabric applied to your skin with or without a heating pad. 
For a laxative, take 15ml of castor oil with or without another liquid to disguise the taste of the castor oil.
This can take up to 2 – 3 hours to start to work.
